Step One
CHAT WITH US
Whether you’re ready to start the process or you have some questions about buying a home in general, we invite you to get in touch with us. We’ll schedule a time to chat about your goals (on the house!) – by phone or in person over coffee
Step Two
LET THE SEARCH BEGIN
You’ll first want to learn how much mortgage you can afford
through a pre-approval letter from a reputable, preferably local lender. As soon as you have that in hand, we’ll send you available properties that meet your criteria and schedule showings for any that catch your eye.
After understanding your wants and needs we’ll use your custom profile to begin our search for your dream home.
Step Three
MAKE AN OFFER + NEGOTIATE
Once you decide to pursue a home, we’ll discuss all the important factors – from the property itself to the neighborhood, and current market conditions. That way, when you get that “this is it” feeling, we’ll work quickly to look at your options and present a competitive offer they can’t refuse. We’ll also consult you on any counter offers and skillfully negotiate on your behalf.
Step Four
GO UNDER CONTRACT
Once your offer is accepted you’ll officially be under contract, and your deposits will be held in an escrow account.
Next up is the inspection. We’ll not only help you arrange one within the time allotted we will also go through it together. From there, we’ll follow up on any needed corrections or repairs and keep in contact with your lender to ensure a timely transaction – all while continuing to answer any of your questions and tend to your needs.

Step Five
SIGN + CLOSE = WELCOME HOME!
To the closing table we go! Once you’ve signed on the dotted lines, we’ll trade pen + paper for keys + bubbly! After all, it’s a celebration!
